Q-Argonaut successfully executed a series of specialized MEP services for the prestigious Tornado Tower, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards. The scope of work included:

  • Installation of 6 AC Units at the Basement: Complete supply, installation, and commissioning of six air conditioning units designed to improve air circulation and climate control in the basement level.

  • Smoke Fan Installation: Provision and installation of high-capacity smoke extraction fans to enhance fire safety and ensure effective smoke ventilation within critical zones.

  • Mail Receiving Counter – Supply & Installation: Custom fabrication and installation of a dedicated mail receiving counter, tailored to client specifications and integrated seamlessly within the building’s operational layout.
